SALES SPECIALISTS WANTED!:
One of the cardinal objectives of AFFOSHED CO. LIMITED is to link ERA-Certified Wiremen with electrical installation opportunities around the country.
The company now seeks to recruit 2 Sales Specialists to operate on Part Time basis, within the Central Uganda area (Entebbe, Kampala, Wakiso and Mukono).
He or she must posses the following skills and core competencies:
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and explain technical information.
- Sales and marketing skills: Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on electrical installations.
- Customer service skills: Strong customer service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve client concerns, and offer solutions.
- Time management and organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Industry certifications: Certifications like EIP (ERA Installation Permit, at least Class D) shall be of added advantage.
- Networking skills: Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
- Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and company offerings.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Local market knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and market trends.
- Negotiation and closing skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals.

2 CERTIFIED WIREMEN NEEDED:
- Holding ERA Class C;
- Residing in or around Mukono District;
- Conversant with practical post-installation tests and equipment;
- Experienced in the electricity application process;
- Competent in BOQ preparation;
- Honest and faithful;
- With good interpersonal skills; and,
- Can work with minimum supervision.
